The Director of Enterprise Application is a full-time, benefited position responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to enhance student and faculty experiences.  This role involves overseeing the integration of enterprise systems, managing data that will be used to make informed decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our technological services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience configuring and managing ERP systems 
  • Experience with IT leadership responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience specifically within community colleges or other higher education institutions, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience with specific enterprise applications (e.g., Colleague) and familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning in an educational context.
  • Experience working with large data stores and making the information available for reporting.
  • Experience in budget planning and management related to IT projects and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with T-SQL, C#, and networking concepts
