You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and streamline processes, empowering the college to effectively track student performance and resource allocation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.[SM1]
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data management, database administration, or a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
- Must have experience utilizing TSQL and administering Microsoft SQL servers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience within higher education or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with compliance standards related to education data, such as FERPA, and best practices for data governance.
