Job Duties

Job Summary

The Project Manager in an individual contributor role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing technology projects within defined timelines and budgets. This position focuses on managing project tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources required to successfully complete technology initiatives.

Job Duty 2 -
Coordinate project activities by assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Job Duty 3 -
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or changes in scope.

Job Duty 4 -
Track project budgets and expenditures to ensure that financial resources are utilized effectively and to identify any potential overruns.

Job Duty 5 -
Prepare documentation related to project specifications, changes, and deliverables to maintain a clear record of project progress and decisions.

Job Duty 6 -
Troubleshoot project-related issues by analyzing problems and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Job Duty 7 -
Conduct project meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure that team members are aligned on objectives and responsibilities.

Job Duty 8 -
Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of completed initiatives and inform future projects.

Job Duty 9 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; advanced certification may be preferred or required (some profiles may require additional education).

Required Experience
Six or more years of relevant experience.
