Using the PDP to Explore Student Success

Virtual Workshop: March 3, 2–4 p.m. ET
Pricing: FREE ($0 members/$0 nonmembers)
Ensuring student success requires a deep understanding of how different groups of students progress through their academic journeys. Institutions must analyze student data to understand how students perform academically and uncover patterns and identify areas of underperformance. This workshop will guide participants in using the National Student Clearinghouse Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) dashboards to examine student progression and completion metrics. By disaggregating data based on characteristics such as race/ethnicity, age, Pell status, first-generation status, and gender, institutions can identify trends, address challenges, and implement strategies to support all students effectively.
As a result of this workshop, participants will:
- Understand how to use PDP dashboards to assess student success.
- Identify gaps in academic outcomes by analyzing disaggregated data.
- Engage senior leaders, faculty, and other key stakeholders in discussions on student success.
- Develop strategies for effectively communicating findings to drive institutional improvements.
Notes:
- Registration closes February 27 or when capacity is reached. Space is limited.
- You will receive the Zoom link the day before the workshop.
