Updates from September 2024 Board Meeting

  • by AIR

As a part of its meeting on September 9, 2024, the Board reviewed the self-monitoring reports for the last two years. The Board focused its discussion on projects it would like to continue momentum on as well as elements they saw pause in between the two reports.

Discussion also included the Future of AIR Committee and how the Board can better incorporate strategic foresight into its efforts moving forward. The Committee is planning an exercise for the Board to participate in during its in-person October Board meeting with an eye toward how strategic foresight can become a routine function of its efforts.
