Job Duties: This position requires knowledge of higher education student learning outcomes assessment practices. Additionally this job will require the ability to:
1. Plan, coordinate, and conduct studies related to but not limited to enrollment trends and retention rates 2. Collect and analyze internal and external data and perform a wide range of reports 3. Create surveys and analyze survey results 4. Conduct focus groups and analyze focus group results 5. Maintain and develop College databases 6. Provide research, analysis and organizational support for accreditation 7. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: 1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university, 2. Minimum of 3-5 fulltime years of experience in Institutional Effectiveness, strong oral and written communications skills, multitasking, and project management skills. 3. Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Surveymonkey, and SPPS 4. Experience managing external data reporting requirements with various entities such as IPEDS 5. Proven ability to communicate effectively in oral, written, and graphic form.
Salary/Benefits: Maximum pay is $50,000 (USD) Opportunity does not include a relocation salary option
