For more information, please visit our Web site. Job Duties: ZogoTech is looking for someone to help support and enhance our Business Intelligence and CRM software for Higher Education. In this position you will be deploying data warehousing/BI systems to dozens of community colleges and universities across the country. You will work closely with your set of customers on the full lifecycle: from the project kickoff to analyzing problems, formulating solutions, listening to customer suggestions to developing customizations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Deployment Management --Help your users install, configure the database software --Work with your users to resolve problems, answer technical questions --Proactively identify ways to improve the deployment process and make recommendations for improvements
Support and Development --Show your customers how to use the product (via web, phone) --Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications --Implement customizations through SQL and programming --Proactively identify ways to improve the product, make recommendations and implement them
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES --Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent deployments / support requests in a rapidly changing environment --Customer-oriented (needs to have a good deal of patience) --Good verbal, written communication skills --Entrepreneurial and willing to contribute wherever needed --Work well with internal and external teams as well as independently
