Job Duties: UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine is currently seeking an Outcomes Assessment Specialist/Program Support Coordinator to collaborate with and provide technical assistance, guidance and support to faculty, staff and management in the assessment of educational programs to meet the mission of the school. You will design, plan and evaluate assessment programs and activities and analyze institutional effectiveness for accreditation and planning purposes.

Qualifications: Qualified candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field with solid training in research methods and statistics plus two years or more (min of five years preferred) of progressively responsible experience in a higher educational setting preferred. Demonstrated experience in Institutional Research & Outcomes Assessment, along with proficiency in the use of statistical software (SPSS) & data analysis, databases, & Microsoft Office Suite a must. Experience including performance measurement; data collection, management and analysis; report preparation; and statistical and analytical research methods also required. Additional related experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
