Job Duties:
Overall Job Responsibilities:
Position divides time equally between faculty role and institutional research work. As Institutional Research Specialist the position is responsible for collecting and analyzing information to assist the college in data driven ongoing decision making in support of the college’s mission. As a member of the Humanities Division responsible for teaching at least two course and act as student advisor in support of the college’s Associate of Arts degree in Human Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with appropriate individuals to research and develop reports/recommendations for college operations, coordinate , develop and conduct studies in support of graduate follow-up, needs assessments, etc., develop and manage student and graduate demographics and enrollment data and collaborate with other faculty to assure successful coordination of subject matter to best serve the educational needs of students.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or a closely related field or a Bachelor’s degree (same disciplines) plus a minimum of 18 graduate credits and currently enrolled in a master’s degree program to achieve the stated disciplines. At least three years teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level required.
