Job Duties: Collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting institutional research data in support of institutional planning and decision-making and/or to improve University programs and services. Planning, designing, and administering centralized surveys and other institutional research activities, including managing information database(s) of survey results; analyzing and summarizing data in order to be disseminated to internal and external audiences using a combination of report writing with graph and chart preparation.

Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences; knowledge of research design, statistical analysis, and report writing; proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, SPSS and software tools used for data extraction, and working in microcomputer, networked, and web-based environments.

Additional requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional and technical writing; scrupulous attention to detail; time-management and customer service skills.
