Exhibitor Opportunities

The Association for Institutional Research (AIR) invites you to participate in its
42nd Annual Forum, June 2-4, 2002, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.The Forum attracts more than 1,000 higher education professionals from around the world. These individuals are involved in all aspects of institutional research, planning and assessment, from data collection and analysis to the teaching and administrative levels. Exhibit spaces are available and a complete Vendor Prospectus is available in Adobe PDF format.

The Forum offers exhibitors many excellent opportunities to promote their
products and services.

lFully Dedicated Exhibit Times:  On Monday and Tuesday there will be mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks when no other sessions are held.  Coffee
and tea will be served in the exhibit area to encourage more interaction between
exhibitors and attendees.  These sessions will be listed in the Final Program book.

 lGreat Exhibit Location:  The exhibit area is in the heart of the Forum activities. Three of the most popular receptions will be held in this area, along with the Internet Kiosks and regular program sessions.

lCorporate Session:  Each exhibit registration includes a 40-minute Corporate
Demonstration and/or Product Briefing session to be scheduled during the regular
program.  This session will be listed in the Final Program book.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

AIR invites you to sponsor an event or activity at the 2002 Forum. There are a
number of events available for sponsorship.  Sponsoring an event includes
signage, the event named after the sponsor, and the sponsor is provided two to
five minutes for a brief introduction of their product or services before the event.
The sponsor will be recognized and included in the Final Program book and the
daily Forum newsletter, Morning AIR, from the platform throughout the
conference and in the newsletter to all members the summer following the
conference.

Among the specific event opportunities are the:

          l Sunday evening and Wednesday morning Plenary Sessions;
          l Newcomers/Early Bird Reception;
          l AIR Sunday Night Reception;
          l Monday Night Special Event at Casa Loma;
          l Awards Luncheon;
          l AIR Wind-up Party; and
          l Internet Kiosks.

The knowledge vendors can provide to AIR members through the display of their
products and services at the Forum is particularly relevant to the 2002
Conference theme: Exploring New Frontiers.  Many of the keynote addresses and contributed  papers will stress this theme.
